On June 13, a note from YG Entertainment via 2NE1 Official Facebook confirmed 2NE1‘s “NEW EVOLUTION” World Tour this 2012. It will will be the group’s first world tour and they will be the very first Korean girl group to have a worldwide tour. 2NE1’s world tour will be held by Live Nation, and Live Nation’s worldwide networks and staff will be working with 2NE1.
The tour will be starting at Olympic Gymnastics Stadium at 6PM(KST) on July 28th and 29th. For more information on the first world tour concert venue, check out 2NE1’s Facebook note here.
