Square Enix Reveals New Voice For Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft

Square Enix recently announced the newest voice actress for the iconic video game character and protagonist of Tomb Raider series, Lara Croft. After an extensive international talent search, Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics picks Camilla Luddington.

Square Enix chose her for she was more than capable of delivering both the depth of emotion and the youthful tone needed for the character of Lara Croft. Camilla Luddington was perfect for the role and quickly stood out as the obvious choice to make. She’s most commonly recognised by her most recent appearances starring in the hit series “Californication” and “True Blood”. Other voice actresses before Camilla Luddington are as follows:

Shelley Blond (1996)
Judith Gibbins (1997–1998)
Jonell Elliott (1999–2003)
Keeley Hawes (2006–2010)
