Check out the trailer for the upcoming documentary film “Tokyo SkyTree: Sekai Ichi No Himitsu” about the world’s tallest tower. The film tells the story of how the tower became a reality from conceptual, planning to construction. The 60-minute documentary was directed by Junichi Nogami and narrated by actors Hiroshi Kamiya and Yoko Hikasa. The film premieres on July 28 in Japan.
Opened on May 22, 2012, the Tokyo Skytree became the new symbol of Japan‘s economic growth. The tower stands at a height of 634 metres (2,080 ft.) – making it the tallest tower in the world, replacing the Canton Tower in China; and making it the second tallest man-made structure in the world after Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE.
