The architects from U.S.-based GDS Architects have been given permit in creating the world’s first “invisible” skyscraper which will soon be a part of the Seoul, South Korea skyline near Incheon International Airport.
“Tower Infinity” will be standing at 1,476 feet which will be the sixth-highest tower in the world and will have invisible-like feature which will use LED facade and cameras on the back to project the surroundings behind the building onto its front. When turned on, the system will make the outlines of the tower indiscernible.
Tower Infinity will primarily be used for entertainment and leisure which will include a water park, movie theaters and restaurants, and projections of broadcast on special events or advertisements. Tower Infinity’s observation deck will also be the third highest in the world. There is no scheduled completion date as of this moment.
